you demons are quick to want to act holier than thou, when your own jesus taught you to accept everyone. your "holybook" tenets dictates that NOBODY should be discrimnated upon, but as you people read your holybook upside down, please do tell us all where in the below verse does it say that you couldnt accept/teach people because they were different:

Romans 14:1-4
14 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

Romans 15:7
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.

The faith up there refers to Christianity... don't quote the scripture out of context...

Peaceful Atheist, but you are already going violent. I can bet that if you have the chance to meet that guy face to face, you will attack him physically.

To even think that I have had the misconception that religious people are the violent ones makes me want to apologize to the religious folks. Atheism is much more worse. Most of them I have came across, both physically and online always have the trace of violence and criminality in them. Tueh!

you make absolutely no damn sense.... 1st and foremost, religion has absolutely NOTHING to do with the school teachings. anyone regardless of their religion can attend the school, thus my asking why should a hijab wearig person be a problem?
furthermore, since all y'all wanna bring religion to this issue, may i ask you to show me where in your holybook does it say that teaching a person with hijab is forbidden.

you people are so hellbent on bringing division in this world that you are ready to make BS ignorant laws to create chaos!
Ogbeni shut the Bleep up!!
Where doesn your own holy book also say that teaching a student in Moslem school without hijab is forbidden.. keep twisting the truth to suit your useless, egocentric narrative..
These are rules if you can't obey them, go to Moslem school.. nobody forced them to go to that school..look at the motor of that school and tell me it's not a Christian School. The school knows why they're sending them away n not abiding by the bias state government because if they accept that hijab believe u me, next will be to incorporate Islamic studies in the school..I don't know what's wrong with Moslems and violence. I blame Abraham impatient to all these.

[[s]quote author=AntiBMC post=109927043]Christians do not attend their Muslim schools. In fact, these same people brutally killed a teacher for touching a student's bag that ”allegedly” contained a Qur'an.

Why ffs are Muslims attending Christian schools? And then, they want to brazenly flout these schools' principles and do their own religious things in the schools’ premises.

If that's not poking their fingers into the eyes of Christians, then I don't know what else to call it.

Religion of piss lipsrsealed[/s]

The school is government owned and common entrance is the one that pick school for student... Know that in your skull.

Nobody has the right to deny the right of anybody from wearing hijab.

since the Muslims in the school wants to spoil the reputation of the school all in the name of religion isn’t it better they go to schools that suit them?

Only God knows but their position is that government have taken over the school hence it's government school.

Baptist Church and other Churches should not have handed over their schools to the government. In the constitution of Nigeria, all government school are taken care of by the government, salaries payed by the government and other maintenance so Baptist Church is in a serious delima as this issue is concerned.

Lastly, government will not give back the school to Baptist Church though they biuld the school and might be situated within their Church.

if that xtian religion was indeed a religion of peace, then they would allow ANYONE (regardless of the way they dress), to attend!

Luke 6:37
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

And if Islam was indeed a religion of peace a woman should be able to denounce islam without having her head cut off.

No. Students are selected into secondary schools by the ministry of education. Or is it different in your own state?

It's a Christian school, which is built on the foundation of Biblical tenets. Wearing hijab isn't part of what they believe in, so it's not allowed.

The parents can take their wards to any Islamic school and stop disturbing others. They can't go to a Christian school and want to impose their Islamic beliefs. They should respect and abide by the rules of the school if they want their wards to be educated there.

The next thing, they will be asking that Christian religious knowledge be taken off the curriculum.

And you have also forgotten that the land on which the school is built in those days were usually given free to those missions hoping that the communities will benefit from them. And the same school irrespective of the name you call it, the staff are paid from tax payers monies of which majority of them are those same Muslim parents you want to deny their children access to a school tagged public school.

Those days the Muslim parents were passive and few of them were literate but at an age with active awareness they're just challenging the injustices that have been meted to them by the minority christian community that had always used religion as a tool to surprese them.

If the christians are really not looking for issues, one of my teachers those days was a nun, and a very nice lady. She always dressed as a nun and no harassment from the Muslim authorities. It was just a veil and the school could give specifications how and which colors which must match the school uniform. Denying them access to school is also a breach of the universal fundamental rights of a girl child's to education.

Today those girls are Muslims who knows which religion they would embrace by virtue of marriage. It's plain stupid to always want to force our own ways down the throats of others. Those kids have the rights not to be discriminated against on the basis of their religion.

The state needs to abolish all religious practices in all public institutions. Religion is a tool in the hands of some power-drunk idiots in Nigeria.

Actually they know that the standard and quality of the Christian missions is unparalleled. The brutality been exhibited in their so called Islamic schools scares most of them away to Christian Schools only to go with their in born violent attitude.

It says 'Baptist high school' why not go firm your own schools

You know Christian schools are the best. Islamic schools don't have the same quality

It's Christian excellence that makes them excellent. Go form your own
