Hello about this....My school main campus is in germany but i will be starting in their partners school in france and then finish up in germany...is it neecessary i input it in my cover letter because all the documents i have is from the campus in france except my tuition fees receipts which bears my main school name in partnership with my school in france...i don't know if it's okay to talk about it on the cover letter also there is a policy of 50% tuition fees to be paid before visa then remaining 50% after visa which i did...Should i also include it?

Secondly my receipt bears a different start and and end date from my France admission letter as dates were shifted after i got my receipts and the france campus isn't one issuing receipts it's been done by my main campus i don't know if that will affect me
while submitting my documents .

Include that in the letter, be more concise and straight to the point. Dont scatter around the information to confuse the Visa Officer .

In my opinion, Call any of these number to make a formal complaint. They may just ignore your email.

234 802 290 46 97
+234 803 301 22 57
+234 810 767 65 23
01 462 8484

Explain to them that your Processed Passport came with a refusal letter indicating no reason why the application was refused.

its fair enough they give you a letter stating the reason .Then the reason if any can be addressed before you reapply.

Ofcourse he should. He shouldn't just rely on that. The deafening silence especially when its about a refusal.

Pls who has successfully gotten a long stay student visa here....i will really need your help in filling my form and uploading documents...i was refused a long stay student visa recently and i am reapplying and i don't want the mistake made in the 1st one this time around and i will really appreciate your guidelines here....plsss my school start date is close and i want to book appointment for nextweek.
Secondly,I omitted submitting my tuition fees receipt i don't know if that can be part of my refusal

I suggest you appeal first. Using the evidence of the mix-up as proof and grounds for your appeal. I don't think it's because of the tuition fees because it wasn't ticked on the refusal letter. So appeal, before making a new application.
