It's better as the dollar bill was rejected. Nigerians can be very trickish. I know of a woman that a man bought goods worth of 100k from and paid the woman with Kenyan shillings, when the woman went to aboki to convert to Naira she was told the shillings was equal to 80 naira

Understanding is knowing that as the seller of a scarce commodity, you can dictate terms and have nothing to lose.

Wisdom is knowing that despite the dollar possibly being real, a filling station is not the place to accept dollars, which you will still incur some stress to go and change.

All put together, the seller has distinguished himself from the buyer.
