Dear Governor,

You are doing well, but that suit is not the best for a professional business outing.

A business suit is typically 2-buttoned, as you will see with Mr Dangote and Gate. And your lapel is designed? Please leave that to musicians and others in the arts and entertainment industry.

A one button suit jacket is more suited to evening or special/party events.

Many designers in Lagos have a tunnel vision around single-button male suit jackets and over designing .

Lagos is a model for the rest of Nigeria. Unity in diversity, hard work, entrepreneurship, respect for other religious beliefs, way of life etc. makes it one of the most prosperous states!

Oga the human capital in Lagos is what made it the Silicon Valley of Africa.

Rivers state generate lot of money also and what is there to show for it? Per capital, River state receive far more than Lagos revenue from the center and yet you won’t see them mention rivers as part of anything worthy of development Tech wise.

All this shout of Lagos was bla bla bla, why is Abuja not being the tech leader in Nigeria after all the billions invested in it by the FG? FCT was somehow build from the ground while Lagos has rich history of her Yorubaness and development even before it was used as FCT.

Lagos has her first port in the 1910-1930s, have been the trade route for Europeans and have done business with the rest of the world. Nigeria exploited Lagos due to her glory and not the other way round.

Silicon valley without at least 18hours power supply every day is just a mere dream. What you people don't understand is that Nigeria isn't going anywhere without steady power like other countries

You have to remember that Lagos was once Nigeria's capital and as such had an added advantage over the other cities and states around the country.

In addition, Lagos remains the commercial capital of Nigeria as well as the entertainment capital of Nigeria. So it is not surprising that it attracts investment.

Lagos also has a Port where ships come in, several embassies and consulates, an international airport and many other things going for it as a city so I am not surprised.
true that Lagos is in Yoruba land but doesn’t reflect the extent of Yoruba progress as a people but the entire Nigeria . Take Ogun state . So , howfar is Yoruba land making progress?

Sanwo transport is so crazy. My staff are complaining transport fare is eatting them up.

No train in a city like ours
Security needs to get better in a city like ours

Water transport needs to be better in a city like ours

Electricity needs to be better in a city like ours

As for better roads na you be king of that one. Every where you pointed to during campaign you have done the road or doing the road. I APPLAUD THAT ABOUT YOU.

STAFF leave on the boarders of Lagos... Berger Alimosho, iyana ipaja they need lower transport tarrif.

With all that investment, what is happening differently in Lagos and other states

Does Lagos suffer flood, yes.
Dirt, yes.
High crime, yes.
public nuisance, the biggest in Nigeria.
Air Pollution, the worst.
Bad road, yes,
no electricity.
Water provided by government, No.
Gas to homes, No
Police brutality, the worst

Mind you, Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria, but they’re still suffering the same fate if not worse.

Infrastructure is not enough. Take a look at places like Sweden, Netherlands and some Europe countries, they are so rich, it is not about infrastructure, but human capital development.

When people are empowered, they will build infrastructures. Right now, all we do is beg foreigners to come invest in Nigeria, as soon as they see Nigeria is a shithole. They sell their stake and bounce.
