Lol, every region has cities, urban areas and semi-urban settlement. Oji River and Awgu LGAs are semi-rural settlements in SouthEast which you don't expect to be well developed like Enugu, Owerri and Onitsha. Those areas are still developing gradually. Just like comparing Ibarakpa, Igangan and Oke Ogun to Ibadan despite the fact we know they all have one thing in common which is brown roof. SouthEast is far modernized and advanced than SouthWest.
