DoctorOlasDesk:
The South East extraction of PDP has failed to nurture and prepare a core Ndigbo man to take up the mantle, hence, Wike is gunning for it. But, the sympathetic voters of the SE will definitely vote their son over Wike.

Its a work over that Kalu wins the election. Kalu has northern support, Wike lacks it. APC has SW support. Kalu by origin has SE support.

For PDP to win, a core Ndigbo should be the party bearer. Not Wike. Like Ekweremadu that should have taken up the mantle rather sadly chickened out and went for governorship instead.

Will a man from Enugu see Kalu and leave Kalu to vote for Wike ?

PDP has lost 2023 already. Your next president is Kalu. Albeit, rather sadly, it's a bad time to vie for the office of the presidency, cause the country is too damaged economically and structurally that who so ever becomes president is going there to be caused..

Of course, an Ndigbo presidency will placate the SE extraction for some 4-8 years, the disinterest to be yoked within a unit with the north would resurrect towards the end of Kalu's tenure to spark the need for a referendum in the aftermath of woeful economic chaos continue to run it's cause into the next generation

Btw, 1,000 Naira per liter for diesel is not sustainable for productivity. Nigeria

Btw, Nigeria will forever rely on sentimental biases for/during voting. Otherwise, Wike's performance as a governor Vs. Kalus entire Political career span clearly depict Wike as a bigger contributor to humanity. Abia is still reeling from the damage unleashed upon it by Kalu 2 decades after his leaving office. But, Nigerians no go listen to manifesto. Besides occupying political office, no one can say these and these are the major major Kalu has contributed to the nation.

So SE/SS are no longer one ehn I thought ph was iguocha Y’all be delusional!!

Wike is an ikwere man and am sure no sensible Igbo person will accept him let alone to vote for him. It is the turn of NDIIGBO and wike is ikwere man from benin and Congo..

We will remind him of his every utterances against NDIIGBO..

Hope he remembered ( I'm not running for any political position that requires NDIIGBO help)? The ISI agu clothing you're showcasing to buy NDIIGBO vote is dead on arrival.

Am sorry, Wike is not presidential. Apart from his tyrant nature, I don't think he has demonstrated to be a good administrator though he has right to contest.

I want to know how he will approach Edo State after his uncouth utterances.

I hate APC but I'd vote APC than Wike just to make him unhappy!

No real politician should insult one state against the other!

He has to apologize to Edos!

#EdoNoBeRivers

Are you aware of the facts that:
1. A substantial number of persons in Edo State welcomed and celebrated Wike's verbal onslaught on Obaseki, hence no individual or group in the state, except only Obaseki himself, has published any rebuttal against Wike?

2. In the whole SS, Edo State has the highest percentage uncollected PVC?

3. In the SS, Edo State usually records the least voter turnout percentage despite being third in terms of voter register strength?

If you consider all these, you won't be doing this shakara you are trying to do to Wike's ambition on behalf of Edo State.

Traitors how ?

Who did they betray ? SS has ruled for 5 years and the SE support them. So they should also vote for the South East to replicate the support and the favour we did for Jonathan.

Really? Is SE and SS no longer one again? Your tears just start grin grin

Politics is permanent interests not friends and those founding fathers who left and he is throwing jabs at have the connect much more than he does and beside you need people to get to the top which obvious means he's lost already.
oshozondii:
....Says he's the best man to wrest power from APC

The political calculation of current Nigeria the north side is 3x powerful than any of the other regions so if indeed Wike want to contest for presidency then he needed the support he can get but given he's arrogance and thoughts from the above statement then it is dead on arrival

Wike you killed and buried your political future in Nigeria the very day you decided to turn your back against Igbos in Rivers state who were the backbone of your political career.

You invited soldiers to massacre Igbo people in Rivers State, their blood is still crying for justice which you must pay for.

If not for Igbos, North, Southwest and other regions would have roasted Goodluck Jonathan your political godfather yet you never borrowed yourself sense even when Goodluck tried to advice you, you became power drunk and felt like nobody can advice you.

Better bury that your yeye ambition because only your Ikwerre villagers will vote for you, foolish man

I'll be the last person to vote this man as president. He's power drunk and a dictator. He does what he feels is right without considering the plight of the people. Even as a Governor, his fly over projects are only situated in Ikwerre land and other parts of Rivers State are abandoned. Even other sectors including the educational sector have deteriorated. He has no clear vision for the people of Nigeria. He should go and rest

How realities change with time.
I can't believe that this same Wike whom Ipobians and the average Igbo man were all here celebrating to high heavens, bathing in accolades of ideal bold and fearless leader, titled him the Lion of the Niger Delta, called him My Governor My Governor, etc beginning from 2015 just because he was antagonistic to Amaechi out of sympathy for Jonathan's self inflicted defeat, has become an Agbero, drunken cultists, tyrant, Idi Amin, uncouth, evil, wicked and not fit to even be governor of Rivers State let alone Nigeria in the eyes of the same Ipobians who even now seems to have come to prefer over Wike the same Amaechi they hated with a passion and wished him eternal disgrace, damnation, downfall and would derogatorily label him as The Lizard of Ubima.
This life, as they say, isn't balanced at all.
Some of us have always been vindicated for our stands that playing politics of hate, extreme emotions and rabid ethno-regional sentiments makes one appear stupid, unstable and unintelligent over time.
As at 2015, if I were ever told that a time would come when there would be a role reversal between Amaechi and Wike as per the perception of these two men in the eyes of the Igbo, I could have bet with a million Naira that such could never happen in this life or even in eternity. But here I am today seeing it before my eyes.
Nigerian politics is indeed a brain resetter.
