None while in school. This house I rented, the second flat is being occupied by an old lecturer and his lecturer wife. This man is so foolish it's unbelievable. He's obsessed with gates and wake up every minute to see if the gate is locked despite the fact that the gate has never ever been left opened, not even once for the past 7 months except when the landlord was around who ironically hate to see the gates being locked 2 Likes |

During my final year exams, the papers were scheduled for 12pm but it was brought by 2:15 . Though it was a 4 hour examination, we were forced to write it under 2 hours so as to finish on time with others. Now the wahala was that the supervisors (3 of them)for the exams, and extra bodies consisting of the rector, deputy rector academics, about 2 HOD from mass com and building tech were always there for this exams and less I forget we had police men roaming outside too. So after the shege we saw after writing GnS and the time we thought it would be better the next day but same thing repeated itself. Personally I just needed like 30 more minutes to round up but as usual we were told to submit. So after heading out my mates were grumbling that the allocated time is four hours that we're always starting an hour and a half late. Personally I hate saying things behind people's back so I went into the hall an complained to the rector and even accused them of creating a hostile environment for us. Being that it was a private school people thought I was bleeped. Though there apologised but my lecturer took my outburst personally. Now he was our HOD and coincidentally my project supervisor but luckily I run my graph even with initially gra gra 2 Likes |

Sheddrak of University of X left our Instrumentation practical reports that we submitted to him on his office desk. After like 3 months, Sheddrack released a result where only half of the class was on the result sheet. The other half, he said we didn't submit any report to him. The case lingered and we were forced by the department to take the course but that it wouldn't be counted as carry-over for the students that were affected by his carelessness. 1 Like 1 Share |

Na my mechanical lecturer o. That man is addicted to gambling. I was one of his favorite students and he likes sending me on errands, even to his house. Before or after practical class he will write some numbers for me and give me money to go and help him play lotto. I will take the paper and zoom off with my bicycle. I always feel shy whenever people, especially students see me there. Because of that stuff I stopped riding my bicycle to practical class........Na the bicycle wey he dey see make am dey send me mumu message. 10 Likes |

VIKTO83: Hello Are you talking about Professor Chinedu Nebo, a Mechatronics Engineering Prof.? He was the dean of engineering during my time in Federal University Oye-Ekiti. The man is a God sent to our generation. The man defended us to the core that year. He told lecturers that if you miss class you don't have right telling him that more than 25% students fail because you have not done your job well too. I remember one black face electrical engineering lecturer wanted to fail us in EEE 201. Prof Nebo said he thought us in 100 level and knows that we are not this bad so the lecturer had to upgrade the result eventually. 7 Likes |

Between 300 and 500 I had a good relationship with my lecturers. Even one of them gave me a formula I forgot in an exam. My supervisor wanted to kill me with tests to perform in my project but we still had a good relationship since I was the one pàying for the tests. |

Throughout my undergraduate days, I've always been lucky with lecturers. But while studying for Masters was a hell as my Project supervisor almost make me abandone the course. Thank God he was taken out of my way and I came out with good grades. 1 Like |

MadamVanessa:almost same thing happened to me in school, our assistant HOD who is still a spinster and our crop science lecturer gave me the green light by inviting me into his office for frivilous chats,I took the plunge and ended up having a serious relationship with her, imagine someone that was sent to school ended up fvcking his lecturer,so one day I was invited to the office of our statistics lecturer and this man sadist told me point blank that I will never graduate from the school that he will deal with me seriously,so I am eating the food that is meant for them,I was dumbfounded,I told my sugar baby and she flew into a rage that she will destroy the guy, that he has been disturbing her since,I begged her to thread with caution that when two elephants fight the grass suffers, she later pacified the man by arranging our school librarian for him,the babe did whatever possible for me to marry her, even taking me to prophet and promising to buy any car of my choice,na lie, immediately I collect my certificate the race I collect na Olympic standard 7 Likes 1 Share |

Dr (Now Prof.) Ramalan Muhammad, ABU Zaria, did not include my name in the list of those to defend their SIWES project. He was the SIWES coordinator back in 2014. He did not accord me my project work marks, only the defence marks. He obviously lost my SIWES report. On defence day, he told me not to tell the HOD about the oversight. After the defence, the HOD said, to my hearing, "this is the best defence today, why is his name not printed in the list?" I was the last to present. Result came out few days later and I got a B (6 credits load course). My course mate, a lady, also got a B, but she went to his office and complained. The next day, another result was printed and her result became A. I went to him to complain and I was as polite as any good young man can be, he barked these words, " YOU ARE VERY STUPID, GET OUT OF MY OFFICE." I apologised and left. But 8 years down the line, those words still ring in my ears. I graduated with a 3.47. I worked like a beast hoping to make up for my year 1 poor start due to lack of resources and severe hunger, coupled with me being a novice in the tertiary system. Every single mark mattered to me. Only God knows how many jobs I was screened out of for not having a 2.1. Nobody will even give me a chance to show what I've got. I have moved on, in fact, I got a honourary award from the school I teach as the BEST TEACHER OF THE TERM, My class also secured the championship for this term. I am working hard and smart. Las las, I go dey okay. Wounds you inflict on others may cut deeper than you know, people go through unspoken hell, be careful how you respond to them. Professor Ramalan Muhammad, I wish you well. I hope never to hurt someone the way you did me. 13 Likes |

My Social Psychology lecturer who is a Senator now called me to his office and brought out my examination script along with another student's script. He asked me to compare the answers to the questions on the two scripts. I did and I realized that my pal then copied my work verbatim without a little adulteration. This man told me he knows the work is my brainchild and that he was going to award the marks to my coursemate as a punitive measure to me (for allowing him to copy me) I begged this man sotey.... Last thing he said was " please give me a break" I almost resit the course. My guy was given a straight A for dubbing. 4 Likes |
