The NFF made a mess of the travel arrangements, that's why they haven't released an official list for the friendly yet as they still aren't sure of those who will make the trip. So going by your reasoning, the decision was announced to just 9 players in camp? I doubt that. BTW, it's likely over 70% of the team found out on social media.
