The school investigated, expelled the boys and put the girl on indefinite suspension when the parents refused to properly cooperate in the investigation
According to the mothers statement, they didn't inform her until the video reached her via a friend.

All that had happened here is a poorly thought out attempt to try chrisland in the court of public opinion

From the little I know, it wasn't until late 1800 that children were considered to be too young for marriage. i would say, its too little sexual education from the school and parents. but it's just one case, so probably both parties did a good job and this is one of the exception that we always expect.

Determining who raped who is something I'm not very conversant with as both parties are minors. But in most cases, when consent is not given, it is often the "penetrating party" that is guilty. Again IANAL but this is what I vaguely recall

Sorry I have been a victim of sexual assault from women, never did I do that to any woman. Stop this stereotype. It’s complete nonsense and I am very sad that the vulnerable ones are the ones stereotyping people to make their case worse. How many women have been caught telling lies against men that they were raped? Crying victim turns to blackmailer is very common. We know it.
