I watched the video and mehn, speechless, the girl was the one doing everything, boys were around and she wasn't even ashamed, 10 year old, and the mother is crying crocodile tears on what is clear for all to see that she wasn't raped, SMH.

Well, on the other hand, i feel all sorts of uncomfortable about not calling it statutory rape, because children having sex is not right in my book either.And underaged boys cannot give consent either.

We can agree to disagree on that. The whole case makes me feel uncomfortable.

Anyway, till we hear what the law has to say about this....

What this woman is saying does not make sense at all. She us just trying to cover up her failures as a parent. So, what does she want Nigerian to do? What kind of help is she asking for? Yes Chrisland college erred by attempting to cover up, but that is not a crime. Where is the evidence of rape and by who?

It was actually a girl on top of a boy in the presence of other children (school mates). I don't know where Ubi Franklin got the idea of a 10 year old girl being raped by fellow students from.

I don't even blame the other children in the video except the one that did the video. Obviously, the other children were not in support of what the two were doing. And you don't expect children at that age to snitch on each other.

I also don't blame the school or the supervising teachers that went with then, except the attempted cover up. You don't expect the teachers to be with the children 24/7, or expect the teachers to sleep in the same room as the students.

The children were all lodged in into the same room for security purposes, how would they have expected the children to have sex in a room full of fellow students. The boys and girls should have been lodged in separate rooms. Even at that with the carefree attitude of the offending couple, I am sure the two would still have sneaked into the other persons room to have sex. This obviously was not the first time the couple was having sex. (The girl was not a virgin). They would have done it in school before now.

This is a result of a wider societal problem than a school problem. There is little the school can do when children don't have proper moral training from the home. The very moral foundation of the Nigerian society is broken.

Judging from the video, it's obvious that they have groomed her because that was not the first time she was abused by those boys.


it is a little bit difficult to determine who the perpetrator is in this case. one of the boys even complained he couldn't sleep because of the shaking bed. investigation needs to be carried out...parents are very quick to run to social media seeking sympathy when most of these things can be avoided...a child does not get spoilt overnight.
