Thanks for your ample time in bringing out this though it is still visible from the word itself in relation to Glory that there is no such in the bible, nothing like 'dwelling glory' as of something that stays visibly like you stated. The glory can only be symbolical in relation to acceptability of man by God after obeying His(God) commandment. And are there implications for a Christian who understands the work of Christ and his High Priest role but yet still goes back to the worship of the activities in the physical structure of the Tabernacle of the Israelites. I perpetually believe that word has been misrepresented and has made many preachers to use it to gimmick, exploit and underrate many professing Christians.
Glory is Kabod, Dwell is Shakan (don't want to go into Hebrew etymology of these words yet). If we refer to all the verses that talks about God dwelling with his people, it is transliterated as Shakan and not SHEKINAH as used by people (or maybe you are using one of these modern versions. I follow KJV transliteration and translation). And most often, God who is glorious himself promises to dwell with the people if they follow his commandments. This is why anytime they transgress God's laws, he does not abide with them and so they have to repent. So, God is Glorious (Glory- Kabod) and dwells (Shakan) with us (Emmanuel). And we all know God is not physical but Spiritual who dwells with us
And if you have observed and discovered, when many people use the word, they use it in terms of a glory that can be seen (this is why many so called pastors and gospel artistes now employ all these stage smokes as if that is God's glory)But after the programs, they go back into lying, worldliness etc. All these started because of wrong transliteration by modern versions and wrong teachings by wrong, false, bad, illiterate, adulterated pastors and teachers. It takes personal in-depth studying of the scriptures and prayers to properly understand many confusing themes in various assemblies today. Thank you..

This verse talks of genuine salvation and it is explicit enough for us to understand as Christians. For the sorrow of the world, I always remember 'suicide' which many people commit.. because they focus on this world whose sorrow is innumerable.

Both male and female are called to manifest the love of Jesus Christ Crucified thus Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, *in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us* ."
Hence a husband/wife can only say he/she loves the opposite sex-spouse *when they are able to do so at their unholy lifestyle manifestations*

Hello, everyone and Happy Easter.

I got curious about a question our Sunday School teacher asked us at the end of Sunday School this morning. He asked if there were jobs that a Christian shouldn't do. People answered with the obvious. Prostitution, fraud, and all those.

When I got home, a job came to my mind. The job is arms/weapon trading/manufacturing. Those people are only involved in creating the weapons like guns and rockets. Some of them are not even directly involved and just run the company's business, making executive decisions.

However, they are aware that it is very likely the guns they create would be used to kill others. Are they responsible for those deaths? Will they go to hell for those deaths?

Adding another degree of separation, what about people who invest in those companies, just stock traders, holders and the
like. They aren't directly involved in the company but does that responsibility fall to them too? What if I just buy some shares in a gun company because I want to profit? Will that make me go to hell?
