You are a logical guy so let me show you why this logic has issues. Muslims despise homosexuals and call them names. Why is the logic then not that many years ago homosexuality was condoned? You see, they choose moral absolutism when it is convenient and then subscribe to moral relativism when it is not convenient. That is not a very robust argument if we are being honest.

I usually avoid all these type of debates because my aim is not criticize another person's belief but I have seen that you are making your own position logical which is why I am showing you this perspective.

This is moral relativism but that is not what Muslims believe about homosexuality. They are absolute about it. You brought up the Bible but at least homosexuality is still regarded as a sin from OT to NT just like pedophilia. It did not evolve with time. I am not debating the merits of relativism or absolutism. I am saying if you are absolute about morality it has to be consistent. You can't pick and choose when to use it and when to ignore it.
