Just like it will not be well for anybody supporting Pdp or any other political party in Nigeria?

On plans by the party to force a consensus, he said, “There is no truth in what you said. The reason is that the chairmanship seat is not the same as that of the tussle for the Presidency of the country. You can’t even compare the two of them. That question does not arise.

What's so difficult to understand in the above? This is the highlight of the whole interview. Don't let bitterness temper with your brains.

So many myopic urchins on nairaland, they wake up and sleep only on nairaland,
I will advice you to read national dailies for better and comprehensive information rather than nairaland alone ok.

Go read Tribune of today.

I quote.......we will scrutinize "them" (plural) base on our party guidelines and we will "PICK" the best 'candidate' (singular).......

For a person who can read between the lines and for those who know how to read body language, who know know how to interpret so many words that still in ur belly, would know that with his statement, consensus not rule out.

ASIDE FROM THAT, WITH LOOK OF THINGS IN APC, GOING BY THEIR ACTIONS AND INACTIONS TO SCHEME OUT TINUBU, HAVING KNOWN THAT HE CANT BE DEFEATED BY DIRECT AND INDIRECT, ITS ONLY A FOOLISH THAT WILL RULE OUT CONSENSUS CANDIDATE OUT IN APC.

Come out like a man and come test your popularity... There will never be any fvcking imposition of candidate.... Tinubu, the jagaban of Africa will surely laugh last
Or weep first? Only a Mumu believes that APC will hand its Presidential ticket to another Muslim, or is APC an Islamic party?

Party Chairman Muslim, President Muslim, Vice President Muslim?

it is sad some people don't have a candidate to market but will rather look for fake news to promote if they think it will hurt the chances of Asiwaju. it is hard to understand the level of hate. they will even rather prefer Buhari to continue running Nigeria aground rather than see Asiwaju campaign work and win. its mind boggling.
Seriously Nigeria need a leader that will passionately put the interest of common citizens of this country into priority, help the economy to grow, and ensure that we are living in a secured society, not a leader that want to selfishly enjoy the luxury of the presidency, enrich himself, his kinsmen & loyalists, and leave the economy in the blink of collapse. Nigeria need a savior that will get us out of the ditch, not an opportunist. That is why the requirements for the right choice of candidate for APC must be cumbersome and stringent. Big personality and money power will not be a determining factor this time, but true character of a man will exalt him among others. I wish Asiwaju and other aspirants good luck in the primaries.

We’ve said this severally but coconut head wailers keep flying fake news around to feel good. Those who are supporting aspirants whose only hope is to emerge by consensus or anointing can also give it a rest. A primary election will be conducted and the winner will be the party’s candidate. There won’t be any undemocratic imposition in APC.
You be learner.

I can wager for free that APC will adopt the consensus method.

Abdullahi Adamu is managing conflicting interests...

He wants to lead them to the primaries and then reality is unleashed.

What do you expect a politician in his position to say at this time?
Re: Adamu: Why Consensus Won’t Work For Presidential Primary by Musauzor(m): 8:28am On May 26, 2022
Adamu said that just to calm frayed nerves. At last, Bola Tinubu will not emerge the APC presidential candidate. The signs are there for you to see.

Consensus is the only way to keep the party intact if not, things could be scattered after the primary
Consensus will be used.

Leave them to be celebrating early.

Buhari will invest all the energy and then allow the ticket to go to a person not anointed by him...

People should wake up from their pipe dreams...

SW dominating the Apc presidential candidates is a tactics for the candidates to garner support all over the country and then back out at the last minute to support the preferred candidate.

If you know a thing about politics, you won’t be advocating for APC to impose someone as consensus instead of conducting a credible primary election. Consensus will ruin the party at this point. The only way to keep APC intact is for the party to conduct a free, fair and credible primary election.
Buhari holds the levers of power...

He must be looking at developments in PDP with keen interest...

He knows that the primaries will be dollarized...Peter Obi has just brought that to the fore.

I am no fan of Buhari but one thing going for him is that he has profound disinclination for moneybags.

He will wield the stick...

This is the explanation we've been trying to offer them but their hate filled soul refused to adhere to reason.

Now that you've heard from the chairman himself you people can rest in Jesus name amen.

Kikikikikikiki....... nobody should flood my mention with hot tears please.

Don't mind them. Bitterness has infested their brains and they cannot reason logically anymore. Jagaban has done his homework to make sure Consensus was virtually impossible. There's a reason their candidates are always on the losing side.

He denied they want to Force and not totally rule out consensus

God and read entire interview, he didn't rule out consensus Mr.

He ruled it out. He said U cannot stop Aspirants from contesting. U people like to have hope where there is none. The reality is that at least 9 Aspirants will refuse to accept Consensus so it's dead on arrival like I have been saying for weeks. It is people like U who kept pushing Obi to believe he would get PDP'S ticket..Hehehe

Did U know that many Northern politicians didn't want Buhari as candidate in 2013 but Tinubu stuck to his guns? Shettima revealed it recently..

An outgoing President is not as powerful as you think. Ganduje is 100% a Tinubu man. It's a relationship they sealed with the marriage of his daughter to Ajimobi's son..Stop painting Buhari as God. Btw, the reality is that if there's anyone who Buhari owes most and has not been given any appointments, it is Tinubu.

Tinubu cannot be Nigeria's president in this era. His religion is his only stumbling block. Forget all the conspiracies and gang up against him, he will overcome them. But a Muslim/Muslim ticket is a no-go area in today's Nigeria.

Until the candidate is elected or decided don't take politician words to the bank.

Sunday is not far. It will shock you when you heard that Tinubu is not qualified because of xyz allegations

See another optimist. Lolz. Your hatred makes U imagine and believe anything. What makes U think Buhari will destroy the Party by going against Asiwaju? FYI, only 50% of Asiwaju's men are known for now. Half of them are in hibernation waiting to show their faces at the right time like Former Gov Al Makura recently did.

Keep deceiving yourselves.

what concern God with tinubu or even politics as a whole. All this grandpa and corrupt minded beings that will play with your future. Even the so called pastor shouldn't be tagged in the same sentence as God. yeah we all have that one person we support due to one reason or another, but no Nigerian with a clear conscience will ever support this current breed of politicians. They are all after their selfish goal whether it is a pastor or imam in politics, christian or muslim, they are all the same self centered selfish grandpa's.
