I can recall vividly that the major reason I told my friends not to expect anything fantastic from Buhari was because of his health issues.
This was BEFORE the first election when everybody was expecting him to come with a magic wand and transform Nigeria.

Maybe you didn’t know about his health issues but they existed even then. The only thing is they have obviously progressed and gotten much worse, as Tinubu’s will eventually.
