Hi guys..

There's something I would like to have y'all's opinion about.

My neighbour, male, married with children, always leaves his house to come to my veranda and stand. Especially when I'm indoors or he suspects that I'm out of the house.

Overtime I have tried to check his motive and I can't seem to find any ulterior motive. He will just leave his flat upstairs, come to my flat's Veranda in the ground floor and stand there, moping at empty space. If I come out from my parlour, we will greet and he will hurriedly leave

I'm beginning to find it not so funny. Should I confront him? From my investigations, he doesn't do anything, doesn't peep, but just stay there and be moping, sometimes with a bottle of water in hand.

Why always the front of my crib? If he needs a thinking session, he can as well use another place. What do you guys think? I should confront him or let it be?

Edited....

He has a young wife who used to come down stairs when she's bored to play ludo OUTSIDE with me and my friends if they come around.

This man's behaviour made me to stop the ludo thing. I no get strength abeg.

My door is always locked by the way but I just want to have different opinions about why he's always in my veranda when he has a house and family to go to

grin grin grin

Use eku gum to hold him there till night

Pour him hot water

Buy a dog

Buy a machete and make sure he sees it the day you bring it in. Practice cutting down a random tree branch so that he can see how well you use it.

Bleep your gf or olosho very loudly

Play porn at high volumes so amebos can see his face whenever they investigate

Arrange a calabash with red cloth or idols on your verandah

When next he comes, go upstairs and sit by his own door or verandah without saying a word make we dey see who go lose dis battle

Well op
I like your last paragraph and will beg you to be positive about him staying there .
But if you still feel uncomfortable just try and engage him small with random talks maybe God can use you to unlock the answer he badly want. People connect not necessarily for relationship only nor business. You will be surprised he has an answer to your question too.
But in all don't directly tell him to stop coming else you are ready to leave the house

Glad you have some evidence. The guy might have a mental problem.

You'll get the motive very soon.

No, I don't think so. We talk normal and he reasons just fine. This particular behaviour of his is what I'm yet to understand the rationale

You can tell that this one has never been responsible enough to rent her own place.

OP if you confront him directly, you two will have problems until you move out of that house. If he is the troublesome type, that's what he wants so that trouble will start.

Follow any of my methods above but make sure you don't directly engage him. Allow him to be the one to break silence. Only then will his true intentions be revealed.

Use my method to defeat him psychologically.
