Zoe2019: Maryland is quite pricey but you have options like Ann arundel, university of Maryland, Johns Hopkins, Medstar Franklin center, Mercy medical etc depending on your budget. I’d say if you have an option choose Houston , it’s quite affordable and a lot of people on here have used Houston … so finding a hospital and doctor in Houston willing to accept you ,may be much faster. 2 Likes |

Somandla: There was a link posted 2 or 3 pages back and when I clicked on it, I saw a familiar doctor's name on it in MD. You can check that as well. 1 Like |

Good day House, trust we are all doing great. Wishing all our expecting mums a safe delivery. Ive been an ardent member of this birthing thread since 2014 for my son and 2016 for my daughter via this thread. To d glory of God I had no issues and all. However, I’ve had a pressing concerns I need help/clarity on. 1st, my visa expired since 2018 I tried Renewing prior covid but was rejected (during d trump birthing saga) I was asked to bring my Itemized bill. Sorted that from Del sol Medical (Dr Esparati) tried getting an appointment again but unfortunately I got for Dec 2023. Is there a means of getting earlier dates ? 2ndly, I’ve been hearing people say I should be earning money from d govt for my kids. How true or possible is this? Someone even asked I give her their ssn which I declined. Lastly, we haven’t traveled with d kids to USA since 2017 is there anything like revoking citizenship if d child stays out of the country over a certain period? I will really appreciate all responses towards this. Thanks |

lollarojo: I’ll answer the parts I’m really sure of and leave the rest for the experts. Please don’t give anyone your children’s ssn oh, they’ll use it to collect your kids benefit and even incur loan which will be waiting for them when they grow. Citizenship by birth is the only type of citizenship that can never be revoked in the US, however you’ll need to renew their passports if it’s been up to 5 years that it was issued, which can be done at the US embassy in Nigeria. . I think you should put your mind at ease and be prayerful for the interview, they have been many cases of prior rejections due to birthing and then subsequent visa granted to same people, just get all your documents in check 3 Likes |

Regarding the government paying you benefits just because your kids are born there, my question is, what contribution have you made to USA? have you paid taxes? if your answer is nope, dnt rig the system and rob citizens of their hard earned taxes, they pay taxes to have a social system that works lollarojo: 6 Likes 1 Share |

If you are Texas bound, you can call Dr Z office and speak to the receptionist she sends correspondence withing 10min, if going to El Paso they respond withing 24hrs. My advise would be call the doctors you want to use and get communication going Also airlines lift pregnant women max 36weeks, so Goodluck mate onile1975: |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by Candybright: 9:27pm On Jul 06, 2022 |
onile1975:One month may be too close as you need to apply for emergency, wait for a day or few days to get response, choose a date that may be few days ahead, if successful you will drop your passport and wait for stamping which may take some days or more depending. Also note that most airline will carry her up till 36weeks. Not to discourag you. If it's slightly more than one month, you can give it a try |

please house I got this from one of HOSPITAL in America after sending my wife pregnancy scan text to them,I need advice how to declare her pregnancy high risk In order for a patient to be accepted as a patient in the Mayo Clinic Obstetrics Department, we would first need to have the medical records regarding the pregnancy reviewed by one of our specialists—the patient will need to be considered as having a “High-Risk Pregnancy”, whereas they cannot be treated locally. |
