Some people there were putting on normal Archdeacon's cassocks and standing at the back of others putting on Archbishop's clothes. It doesn't make sense. I even saw one on catechist cassock. There's one putting on Chasuble to an occasion. You don't even put on chasubles if you ain't conducting holy communion or a very important service/mass.
For the other picture of another man dressed in full Bishops attire with his MITRE ( cap ). Listen , you will hardly see a Bishop dress in full apparel outside. It's very very hard. You only see them on Purples with Girdles ( for Anglican bishops ). Even ZUCCHETTO ( tiny cap ) are worn comfortably and not that pattern they were wearing it....
