Final number wont change. Ruto win it by 50.5% with 7.15M - roundoff.

It's as result of 2017 Supreme Court decision to annual the election due to processes.
Now all physical forms need to be verified - and all the I dotted and all the T crossed.
So Raila doesnt run again to invalidate the election due to processes because he couldnt impugne the numbers.

This time round Raila has no grounds to challenge the election - he would just be wasting his time.

IEBC have done pretty much everything to get us free and fair election. Only issue was Mombasa and Kakamega governor election - and few issues in kakamega and Kitui kit not working.
