House of dragon season 1 episode 1 is 10/10 for me.

Something we all have to understand in life is that, realness cannot be faked.
For example, Lionel Messi is great and that cannot be questioned, Micheal Jackson was great and that cannot be questioned.

What i am trying to say is that a great series has no doubters and the house of dragon season 1 episode 1 has shown that yes indeed the series is one of the GOATS since creation.

Everything about this episode 1 just shows greatness and nothing but greatness.
From the casts to the productions to fashion to castles to the arena tournaments ( reminds me of the arena fights in Spartacus) to the throne etc

Watching the episode 1 gives you nostalgic feelings, it gives you goosebumps.
It's like finally getting to see something you have been waiting for many years.
Could you believe as the episode ended when the soundtrack of the series was playing, i was just smiling all through as the soundtrack was playing.

I am very impressed by this episode 1 and i think we will get to see white walkers very soon because the winter the king talked about can't be ordinary winter.

Mehnn!!!!! I can't wait for next episode.

In GOT universe, the term winter is used to represent bad events. Also the seasonal winter does occur for extended periods. So yes winter is a bad thing.

It's also said that he had a mum from the Summer Isles. That place is known to have large black or dark skinned population, so it's believed or assumed he could have inherited her color.
Targaryens were part of the noble houses or Dragonlords of Valyria that ruled the Free Hold.
Corlys Velaryon made a name for himself and family after his seafaring journeys across various continents and regions which played a role in his alias — The Seasnake. These journeys and his merchant services made him become by far the wealthiest man and richest family in Westeros. Lannisters don't even come close. So he's a very important character.
I think Velaryons are also distant family to Targaryens. Part of the reason why Targaryens easily intermarry to Velaryons if they really worried about keeping the Valyrian blood but marrying elsewhere.

And yep, while Velaryons are mostly a seafaring family from Valyria they have produced Dragon riders. Laenor Velaryon who is Corlys' son will marry Rhaenyra and he is a dragon rider. Also his sister Laena.

Halo is pretty nice for a movie based on a video game. The editing and acting is great. You will like it more when you watch the remaining episodes.

Top notch acting.
all the references to game of thrones, winter , the night king,daenerys taegarean ,the ending game of thrones theme song.

Pretty decent pilot from She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Delivers on most of what the trailers promised. Good chemistry between Tatiana Maslany and Mark Ruffalo. And the CG ended up not being as bad as I feared.
