He’s the same person . My guy itsrm oversestimates Wike’s reach .

Na so my guy post pishure of all Kano delegates donning Wike’s cap on PDP primary day …… grin

It ended in tears

You mean I'm overestimating a first time presidential aspirant able to pull that number of votes in an election featuring fellow Governors like Udom and Bala Mohammed? Seems to me like you're the one underestimating Wike.

God bless u! There’s no way Wike would win that ticket when Atiku already knows he can buy the vote of his fellow northerner who could’ve acted as a spoiler for him.

People like Atiku may not be really intelligent like that , but they have think-tanks who would explore every avenue for him to win. While Wike is acting brash and talking big, Dem Atiku guys were busy forming alliances .

I’m sure Wike has learnt his lessons and will apply those lessons going forward when playing politics at the national level

Na wetin papa take pass pikin be that.
Experienced politicians have formed alliances or helped fellow politicians in the past that they will cash in when in need it

Bagudu said it was Tinubu who gave him ACN ticket and financed him back in 2011. At a time Tinubu didn't even know his party would become national or he would have a realistic shot at presidency. Same thing for Fayemi and Amosun who stepped down for him

If Wike stays relevant he will learn but his brash and abrasive style won't get him many loyalists in the long run

You notice Tinubu and Atiku barely respond to most attacks. They will only use their proxies to respond

Wike actually gave a good account of himself in that primaries.

Compare the way and margin he lost to the way V.P lost to Tinubu.

Wike that had Atiku trembling and running up and down that he had to call an emergency meeting(operation stop Wike) on the eve of the election where they begged Tambuwal to step down is who they say I'm overestimating.

Someone on this thread even said Wike is not a politician, he only benefited from PEJ grin Why was it Wike who benefitted? Why not Omehia, Amaechi, and other strong Rivers state politicians? I no kukuma get strength to type epistle. Uderate Wike at your own peril. It won't be the first time, Amaechi learnt his lesson the hard way.

Larride, are you seeing what I'm seeing? Are you seeing the kind of hateful narratives pervasive amongst Tinubu's supporters?
Can you see that these people only project their own bad behaviours on other people?

This is the same people that scream "Obi supporters are harsh".

Everyone must not like you. He will always have his own loyalists and his loyalists will have their own loyalists. That brash and abrasive style is what endears him to some people.

Besides, politicians have their own way of settling issues and forgetting the past. Wike and Umahi traded words when Umahi left PDP for APC. Today they are back as friends.

Let's flip scenarios a little bit. Say it was Wike Atiku picked as Vice, does any one really think Okowa can bring PDP to a standstill where they can't constitue a presidential election council?

This is who they say I'm overestimating cheesy

I read this post like 5 times to make sense of it and I really couldn't. I wanted to ignore but I said, surely one can't be this myopic.

Like, you don't know the galvanizing effect of seeing thousands of your fellow supporters coming out for a joint cause you all believe in?
Like you don't know how these images are projecting an inspiration of hope to all nigerians who desperately want us to retire the 2 old parties?

The unique things about this OBIdient walks are the fact that people know that this is totally people oriented!

Nobody you see here was bought or paid for, maybe apart from renting speaker or lower logistics.
Anyone you see here wearing OBIdient polo, cap T-shirt or other branded paraphernalia bought this with their own money.

The uniqueness of this match is that it isn't sponsored by any politician but by the people.

So yes!! The Statement and imagery is as powerful as can be.

You are very emotional, and it shows in all your choices I have witnessed online.

You always put your emotions before making decisions

I don't care if the movement organic or agricultural. It does not mean anything..
Absolutely nothing.

1 person with PVC is more valuable than 1 million people without PVC

PVC is the gamechanger.

Instead of marching aimlessly, let them gather under a tree and count how many of them have PVCs

That way, they can start evaluating how many votes Obi has, and how many they are looking for.

These displays don't win elections

Do u know how many times Atiku had moved against Obasanjo as his VP and Obasanjo survived ? Atiku was going to get Obasanjo impeached by the house of assembly and Obasanjo had to change the leadership of the house as often as possible ? Na people wey sabi game be that , not the loose mouthed Wike

I watched a video of one Lagos politician commenting about PYO and BAT before the primaries.

He said while PYO is a presidential material, he cannot win BAT because people like BAT have been paying their dues for years to the grassroots and even other politicians before now. It would be difficult to turn their backs on him.

Atiku is not a small boy in politics. A woman appointed by BuuBuu said Atiku is her godfather. Who was Wike when Atiku was VP and running the show with OBJ as far back as 99 to 07?

Suddenly, Wike don become don.

Wike cannot even influence votes from the entire SS. Only Rivers state and he's holding press conferences everywhere.

Somebody had to win the ticket for another person.

Tambuwal did not just decide to step down that evening. It was already part of the plan.

The same experience BAT had over PYO, is the same Wazirin had over Wike.

Might have clinched ko, Might have crashed ni undecided

What metric are you using to judge whether they have PVCs or not? Abi you didn't see the millions of new voters who rushed to get their PVCs after the massive sensitization efforts of the Obidients in the last 3 months.

It's just the same way the EndSARS era died with little results to show.

If you need to win an election, you need votes.
To get votes, there must be PVC

PDP and APC have a unit in all local governments in Oyo state. They have a list of all registered members in each LG

So, they can even estimate the least votes they should get in any election in the state. LP don't have that

But..but... let's march around so people can see our influence.

Common sense, is not common at all

I told you that in the Ward I registered, I got to find out that the APC women leader in that ward paid 25k to INEC officials to come and do that registration on that day

So she paid it for free abi?

Maybe everybody around you have PVCs. They don't, around me.

A lot of them are still shouting Obidients, without PVCs, especially females.

I hope you don't cry rigging when out of 1 million marches, you see 13k votes.

Bros, who told you that there are no efforts to galvanize supporters to get their PVC, I mean those who haven't collected theirs?

This Obi campaign is decentralized, which means that soo many different people are doing soo many different things for him without him even knowing.

We've literally seen how he has gone from a relative nobody who everyone flashed aside to being a name on every lips right now.

The first step in politics is awareness and name recognition and Obi has achived that spectacularly within just 4 months, what makes you think the supporters don't have their PVCs?
You're literally not making sense. I've said it numerously that you lack serious conviction.

He's definitely not gonna win, rather gonna be a big spoiler for Atiku. His sudden popularity is catastrophic for Atiku, cos he may lose votes in SE and SS, except an Alliance happen and Obi steps down.
