There is no way you can claim these properties without paying inheritance tax of 40% after deduction of any available nil rate band..and that is where I see a major problem. Hehe..The UK doesn't joke with inheritance tax, unlike Nigeria where you can inherit property worth billions and you have no tax to pay on them whatsoever.

I mentioned nil rate band na, Mr oversabi..you and I know that most estates are worth more than the normal and resident nil rate band combined. Plus if it was left for the spouse which is exempt, the spouses would have been contacted and the owners names won't be published..talk another

Since the names mentioned & highlighted on are not up to 20, it is left for you & others to check the source of the news or contact UK embassy in Lag, Abuja,or PH to check the complete full list of 56 people minimum. 1967 no contact omo Rush to UK embassy to make enquiries about your relative

Sometimes, if I remember how the lives of these rich people usually end I do asked myself why exactly are we here? The problem of some of these people was that they tends not to associate with their family back home with the fear of village people and ended up losing everything in a foreign land....while some are looters whom have accumulated enough wealth for themselves but by the time they are heading to the last period of their lives, it will be difficult for them to declare their assets because they knew the source of it is not smooth and ended up losing everything to white people.

This should serve as a lesson to this current Nigerian leaders who are repeating the same mistakes of their fathers. Saraki, Atiku, Tinubu, Babangida, Okorocha, Ibori, Obi, Melaye etc

Hahaha na you be oversabi. How do you know that the estates are worth more than the threshold? And what if the owners WILL it to his spouse? how will the UK GOVT know? is the UK GOVT the custodian of the WILL?
