If the Holy spirit departs from you, which can happen as a result of your sin against the holy spirit..Who then will make you realise that you have sinned and therefore needs forgiveness?

It is that sin that you commit that result in the Holy Spirit departing from you, and hence you losing a consciousness of sin, that is the sin against the Holy Spirit.

You cannot be forgiven, because you will not be aware that you have and will therefore not ask for forgiveness.

Please go back nd read it carefully in book of Acts.
They were killed by the Holy Spirit himself. Ananias lied about his property he sold which was not an issue, but the issue was saying he sold it for specific amount. The property was his, he sold for a price nd can easily bring any amount to the Apostles as wat he was willing to give, but not telling a lie.

The Apostle said why would he do this nd lied against the Holy Spirit.
They thought they could deceived the Holy Spirit, but they have forgotten that the Holy Spirit is God Himself.

You have a very valid point/reason sir!

Let me add few things, so it is not as if God can not forgive certain sin(all sins) like some people are making it look but since the sinner didn't ask for forgiveness, there won't be forgiveness and as such making it unforgivable.
A real life example is, someone that is hungry but didn't ask or tell his or her parents that he/she is hungry and as such died due to hunger. People will say the man couldn't feed his child but can feed all others, whereas it was the child that didn't ask.

For you to know dat God exist
Have tasted his good works (power of miracle,vision, healing,and seen d world to come etc
But such person to now reject God to see him crucify a second time the earth and heaven will reject that kind of person
