Tinubu should realise that Lagos was the capital of Nigeria and it was developed with money from all the geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Lagos had become a mega city due to the strategic position it occupies, having a major seaport and airport in addition to well established institutions, offices and infrastructure. So Lagos was not developed with money generated from Lagos.
