I have heard of two people who got employed into finance roles at HSBC and TD before landing in canada. Luckily the COPRs are now valid for a longer period of time hence giving candidates more time to plan their movement

On the other hand If you were earning in naira before your decision to move to canada you'll find that the exchange rate is very bad now (naira to usd or cad). Thus without an immediate source of income in canada you'll be spending your savings and the movement to canada will seem more like restarting life. I wanted a sort of continuity and not a restart hence I did not sell a single item or asset of mine rather I simply applied for PTA and travelled down to toronto. Started earning in less than a month.

Likely that CRS will drop by 4/5 points at each draw indicating that you'll be safe and have ITA by Nov 9. And if you can submit by Nov 10, wonderful.

However, if it were me and I have been on the journey since 2017, I would redo IELTS and ECA NOW, ECA should be quick if you are re-assessing with the same ECA body as before. Best to be prepared. If you do all this and still get ITA by Nov 9 all you have lost is the cost of ECA and IELTS.....a lot of money, yes......but dem no dey buy ITA, COPR and PR for market.

Also remember Nov 16 is the date the new NOC 2021 kicks in, if for any reason you don't submit before Nov 16, you'll need to find your new NOC code before you submit.

If your ECA report has expired and you would like to renew it, you will need to log into your WES account and order an “additional report” for IRCC. Ordering an extra copy will extend the expiry date for another five years. Although WES standard reports do not have an expiry date, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) reports for Canadian immigration purposes expire five years from the date of issue. Read on the WES website for more understanding.

The NPOWER time was between 2016 & 2020, so it is more than 3years, i can get the reference letter from the school i did the NPOWER.

Can I use my npower work experience(3years+) to claim point in Express Entry?

I found no where stated on the reference letter that the fund is unencumbered, did you get letter of non indebtedness from your traditional bank or just the letter from piggyvest was used.
