Nigeria is in a death spiral that it cannot be rescued from.

U are not wrong. The country has been on a decline since the 80's but most people didn't give a shiiit about it. I watched a video of Gowon commissioning Peugeot automobile plant in Kaduna and Volkswagen plant in Iyana Iba ; Lagos the same week. I watched Abati commenting on it that then it was easy for a graduate to get a job, less than 3 months u can get a car loan and buy a Brand new beetle or Peugeot without breaking a sweat. Like we had enough internal production and exports which made the country prosperous.

Since the late 80's/90's all everybody does is just to favor as many of their party members and pay lip service to moving us from a mono economy. Now it's very very difficult to even convince the population that imports needs to be banned and exports encouraged to make the nation great again ( even me no belive am cos I know the reality on ground in Naija is different from textbook theories)

Ngige and fg has done Dem dirty they now transfer aggressions to we students

And funny I'm meant to defend this on Friday next week..

And I'm even hearing another strike is to be embarked on Monday because of half salary

ASUU Jos chapter has even directed their lecturers to stop attending lectures until outstanding salaries are paid

Prior now, I was planning on starting afresh university abroad.. that's starting from grade 1 again.. because whether I graduate or not, this current school I'm going is useless to me

And I'm passionate about education, so I brought the idea of me going to school all over again in one of the Western countries..

But my plans was thrashed as it would be cost expensive and rigourous..

Shey colleagues dey wey sabi his house. Before phones na somehow people dey communicate. Talk to your colleagues and his fellow lecturers. Find am go house or church or beer parlor

In my time. We don finish final exam but dem never mark when one ASUU strike started, randomly they just called us from home for us to come for clearance and NYSC mobilization everything between Tuesday and Friday anyone whose result was not completed or fully cleared by Friday missed NYSC. Some friends their project supervisor was not available na so dem miss NYSC some for over a year.

That incident changed some people's life when it came to job search when employers will demand for under 25yrs old candidates only.

Even some people wey wan travel for masters missed because no result no transcript

Don't need to tell you that as ASUU resumed a 1year strike NASU took over the strike.

Bottom line don't let him use his reggae to spoil your blues
