If you barely have time to quickly resolve a suspicious bank transaction issue now, you will have lots of time and money to go through EFCC and the courts later.

I have suffering same with Access, Zenith and recently GTBank.
Zenith and Access banks could not rectify it. GTB paid back what was deducted. Access bank paid back about 2 months after I called them out in a video which I shared on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. I tagged them on all the sites
But recently I found out that my ATM cards details are on my Facebook Ads account and on some editing apps in my phone. So I found out that I have been paying for some of these apps and Facebook have been deducting whether I run Ads or not.
So well to check some sites you might have exposed your card to.

Someone that has both your personal and business acct is someone close to you.

Visit the nearest Access bank to you in Asaba.

Early last week, I topped a dormant account with almost nothing in it and the balance was doubled. Till date, I don't know how it happened as there was no clue. I think it was configuration gone wrong. The temptation to use that money is too much.
During youth service, nysc paid almost 2mil into my account one day. They were lucky I have church mind. The money was reversed after 3 working days.

Don't you have a bank manager to run through your account and see what is going on and sort it out for you.
Get a bank manager for your account, no be everything you need to run go bank go queue.

Send an email instead. You can attach a letter from your company's letter headed paper, stating that you have payments into your account which you do not recognize and the source of which you do not know.

Shift the pressure. And please don't touch that money.

Transfer your main money to another account first as you try to sort that and figure out the issue.

I have a sister having same issue with access bank since last month, unknown credit alert occasionally, I advise her to go to bank but as a broke person, �

The solution is not here in naira land. Unless you want to hear some kind of words that will motivate you to spend the money. Go to your branch and make a complain. It will be resolved

Get statement of account first then write a complain letter to your bank manager and request for explanation.
Ensure you collect the acknowledgement copy.
