Recall that Buhari actually wanted Lawan and made Adamu the APC chairman to make the announcement, but this was thwarted by the APC NWC and the northern governors, some clearly behind Tinubu or at least to protect that political power.

As it stands so far, since the Jos incident Buhari has never appeared in any campaign for BAT. Instead, CBN came up with the monetary policy clearly targeted at the February elections in addition to the BVAS and new electoral law. Buhari knows that BAT's only political strategy is rigging and vote buying. He has blocked both avenues. He, I believe will be rooting for Atiku as a usual nepotistic human being. But he will rather have BAT lose than any other thing.

Nihilistjnr e get why I didn't want to respond initially. The fuss you're making about this Education na scam question isn't what you think it is at all. Obi has on countless occasions has talked about his plans for the Education sector. We are not in the dark regarding that.

On the other hand, Tinubu was asked a personal question about his foggy and questionable background and he redirected the question. It would have been a good opportunity to clear the air and provide answers about his nonexistent childhood but he doged it as usual. Till today that question remains unanswered.

The two issues ain't the same, but you know this already so I'm not bothered.
