The worst kind of agbaya

Didn't they tell you?

Maybe that will be my next moniker

CertifiedAgbaya

Let me play your exact game. Like Peter obi, I have never supported violence against people for their political choices. I previously said the lady who was stabbed is the real hero of the election.

I do not comment on a lot of stories of election violence because just like you said, there is a lot of propaganda flying around. Markets burn down every other day because of poor maintenance. Three months ago, a major supermarket in festac burnt down. If it happened yesterday, we would have been told it is apc hoodlums.

You are free to paint me as a supporter of election violence and a snatcher of ballot boxes. It is what it is.
Whats this guy saying?

You actually support violence on perceived oppositions. You also castigate yorubas for being accommodating to igbos in lagos...meanwhile you are in a festac surrounded left and right by igbos. Lol.

Own it and be who you are. Stop trying to please anybody.

APC said Obi is the most dangerous man in Nigerian politics , but it’s the same APC that fielded a same faith presidential ticket in a muti-religious society like Nigeria.

This is a gold and intelligent summation.

And not to forget that people are out there dying, and facing the potential of a job loss, but some of us cutting off friends because the values no gel is "too much".

Not that I've even cut ties with anyone; nobody I actively F with is in support of all the atrocities of this government. I simply choose to keep my distance from them.

And people tend to forget that (mass) reactions, and even the social change we're probably experiencing these times aren't in isolation.

No for real, taking out the destruction of properties and actions that pose threat to lives, are the people not JUSTIFIED in their collective anger and clamor for something different? Are they not entitled to acting however they want to? Why do we have to rationalise it or make sense of it?

I take a neutral position to people's actions in cases like these, not because I don't know what is right or wrong or what is acceptable or isn't, but I realise that it more of a question of, "is this the place (for it)?"

Haba.

8 fuking whole years and more.

Africans are a funny lot. They observe festivals and holidays celebrating the two foreign gods (past beings) promoting the foreign cultures but have no holidays celebrating their own native gods.

They demonize and detest the local cultures preferring to give foreign names to their children instead of native names. I've never seen a more stupid race.

Good one from Ogun State governor, and other states should emulate him. It's good to promote the good aspects of the local culture and embrace them.

Your culture is your identity.

The families should sue BRT (though it will be hard as na staff matter) .

If the driver is alive, he should be prosecuted for criminal negligence and manslaughter.

You really don't understand do you?

If a worker dies or is injured due to negligence on the part of his employer, the employer is legally liable.

They were in a staff bus driven by a company driver.

The driver endangered everyone with his recklessness. If I injure a person in a company car, on company time and it gets out that I am in an official car, the company is liable.

This is the second time lagbus is in the news because of its employees.

If the company is not willing to properly screen and train its drivers then it needs to be held liable

This is how companies are whipped in line abroad.

This is definitely not the first time the driver has pulled this stunt. Maybe it was reported. Maybe not.

Lagbus clearly has a problem with screening of its drivers which is why they have serial rapists/murderers and reckless drivers in their ranks

Or maybe you are waiting for another accident, this time with people who are not staff? -

this line is sarcasm in case you don't know

Which company are we talking about here

Brt doesn't have any connection with that particular bus it's owned by the staff of lagos state, they fuel the bus, do maintenance by joint collection, they also park the bus in a central goverment owned school where they converge every morning
I agree they can sue the driver as an individual but what is BRT business in this?
