South East is a land-lock region.

Some people talk without reason, why is Lagos flourishing? Is because of the port, they should open the port in the east and watch how business will flourish there

Port in Onitsha.

If is for you guys to work on but ,even as a layman not really interested in the SE, I know enough general knowledge to discern options exist.

Below, as one of many, is a study by Ihedi Ohakim. Unless you wish to argue he is ignorant and you know more than he does.

Great write up ✍️.

But my point still stand, The SE is landlocked.

Osemoto/Oseokwa are channels to the sea that MUST pass through territory OUTSIDE the SE.

I see those who hates Igbos as primitive animals. They are capable of poisoning an Igbo person if given the chance. Just imagine if the whites didn't colonize the country, a lot of people will be very vicious. Someone that can't even protect he's state from bandit is talking.

What brings Igbo land here, are any of the State mentioned in Yorubaland or Hausaland?

We are talking of ports in the East Coast of Nigeria, not Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba land.

This is no shades, time for the east to build a tech capital or silicon valley, a trade melting point like Dubai, a business capital like London, a manufacturing hub like Shanghai or shenzhen

Each of the four major eastern cities like owerri becoming a technology capital, onitsha transformation to trading capital while Aba become a manufacturing hub and enugu the business choice city, with Abakiliki providing the food hub.

No need to got sambisa or Gina about start dragging it with funny people in future

Mr Ihedi Ohakim was a banker and politician o. In fact, he was jailed for corruption.

If he is giving you this info then ask him to look at the Nigerian map again. How on earth can you access the sea without passing through the south south abeg? This is a basic question you should have asked him. Does he even know what deep seaport means? He should go to Lekkki and see what a deep sea port is o. Where on earth does Igboland open to the atlantic like you have in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross rivers and Rivers ?

Show him this Lekki deep sea port so he can see the meaning; a port deep in the sea! Not deep and in dredging alone o. So where in Igboland can he find this large open atlantic ? None!!

As big as he is, just that small El-Rufai relegated & handicapped him from politics. He will soon get sense as soon as he barb his Afro
