By the way, since Igbos in Lagos have no right to vote their preferred candidate as postulated by many bigots here, will the Igbos in Lagos State agree to be counted during the census?

Under the Constitution, one of the factors that affects allocation of resources is population.

Let them go and rig the census too.. Over hyped lagos..

at least we have started from somewhere, hopefully we will get it right along the line, nobody become a master from day one. It would be a mystery to get it wrong in different sector and be perfect in election matters, but over time we get our acts together and finally live up to our destiny as a people and as a country.
