At my on the spot assessment of Aba roads in company of Julius Berger, I reiterated the strategic place Enyimba city occupies in our economic and developmental plans for Abia.

I have completed my data analytics course online and I am planning on sending cold emails to data firms in Abuja to solicit for internship opportunities.
I have the content of the letter sorted out, but I can't settle on the heading of the emails, can anyone with experience on this suggest any suitable email heading please.
Also, do I need to attach a cv? Since I am not claiming to have real experience?
