OkayDaddy: So how do government go about it, by force? Or what?. The government is the cause. Until they stop looting and treat health workers better than what is on ground now. They know what they are doing. 1 Like |

Alpharey: Better working conditions will make many of them stay. There are better opportunities here if we can work on 3 things. Electricity, Credit, improved remuneration. To add, there should be student loans given to those who wish to study health courses. That's what is done abroad. Pay up your loan before you travel. |

He and other politicians and government officials steal and mismanage. Their own families abroad, they go abroad for medical treatment and he is here talking nonsense. Any person will go to the place offering the highest pay and working condition. Hence many people join government to be able to steal. |

Help me tell them! Nigerians talk like the UK and US are the only countries in the world with examples of good governance. They feel that because governance in those countries is expensive then it must be the same in Nigeria. Health care in most EU countries is cheap. Health care in the middle east is free for their citizens. Even Latin American countries like Brazil and Argentina have free health care. The aforementioned countries also have subsidized tuition free education for their own citizens but Nigerian will never look at those options. They are focus on the UK, US, Canada or Australia that are very capitalist in nature . Nigerians need to think for themselves and stop with this copy cat syndrome. LeopardX: 1 Like |
