during lockdown i went 3days stretch without sleeping and drinking heavy as well...no human should put he/herself through that. i still dont get enough sleep till date, i sleep fr 4 to 5hrs with heavy daily task.

But I was told that medically, sleeping 6 hours a day is not too good for the body. (HOW TRUE)

It is still okay.Not under or over sleeping.11pm-6am.,Sometimes,11pm-5am.I only sleep at night,day sleep is when I am on night duty .Even during work free weekends,day sleep is still ruled out.

I sleep 3.5hrs everyday. I am a certified welding inspector in canada and right now my expertise is in high demand as the energy sector her is pushing to catch up with energy demand. Am handling 2 major energy company right now. I work from 8am to 2am everyday. The hussle is real. When you see as the money is rolling in you become very motivated

Most of the time I slept 3 hour because I'm used to my PC, but now when the system screen got spoilt I have been trying to sleep like 5 hours in a day but I no dey see am sleep.

God go bless our hustle but do you never think it this way at all that if anything happens to you just for 30 minutes your so call customers will find another way around take care of your health now so that you can spend the money in good health

I scheduled my phone to power off by 9pm, after that, na sleep straight. I wake up by 5am, latest by 6am. That's eight or nine hours sleep

I get sleep naturally but I force myself to work more because of Tinubu, If I did not experience Tinubu's governorship it may have been different...

I once blocked someone for telling me I sleep too much because I didn't respond to his message by 2am. I first made it clear to him that a 9-5 worker shouldn't be awake by 2am WAT. So, I owe him no response at such unholy hour.

I don't joke with my sleep. Even during the era of midnight call, man couldn't make me stay awake all night. You will call and I won't pick.

If you come to my family house when I am asleep. Not even my mother would wake me up for you. I don't wake people up either. If you sleep off in my house, I will on fan to blow you and leave you there. Except there is work/emergency.

Sleep is sacred. I invested in an orthopedic mattress to ensure I sleep better.




Yes, it is an investment. I spent over 200k on a mattress for my sanity. If you sleep on one, I can assure you, you would wake up happier, be less aggressive than you currently are and mind your business more. Try it and thank me.

These days, sleep hours; 1am - 6:55am. Occasionally I take an hour and half nap between 6:30pm-8pm.

I sleep 4 hours a day and wish it could be less.

Eight hours.

I don’t play with any of my wellness statistics. I calculate whenever I’ll wake up from the time I fall asleep. If I don’t complete it, I stay idle on the bed until the time elapses. The only times I sacrifice sleep are during work periods where idiot co-workers stop somebody from snoozing properly. Left to my devices, I force myself to add extra hours to my natural sleep schedule.

The major cause of road accidents worldwide is nodding off on the wheel. I do not want to become an example.
