Spence wasn't knocked out down o. Ugas punched him flush on the chin and still couldn't knock him down. What happened was that for the fight he had temporary dental implants (because of his accident), so when his mouthpiece fell out he thought it was his implant and panicked in the moment. The fact that Ugas hit him flush while he wasn't looking and still couldn't get him down is even further certification of his chin in my book. Luckily he has permanent implants now.
