My question is, he has no plans of returning to Nigeria once he gets to Canada. How possible is this?? Is it doable??

It is doable but not advisable. Its a visiting visa so he shud ve a plan of returning. Congratulations to him

This is my second application
My first one was denied because I didn't indicate my previous US visa refusal. I submitted 1st July 2023. I didn't do biometrics again because my first one is still valid. My tracker started showing biometrics completed after a month and 25 days of my submission.

I was denied may 2023
I used old portal in my first application and there was no space to indicate ur previously denied visa application.
It's only in the new portal that u can see that and it's not specifically for US but generally.

Ok. Thanks. I was denied US visa 2014 and Canadian visa 2015. But where they asked about being denied a permit or visa previously,I ticked yes but only state that I was denied Canadian visa 2015. Is this a problem and how do I email them for correction.

You have to send a webform and explain this. You are supposed to declare all refusals especially to US, UK and 2 other countries (I am not sure of which countries at the moment)

Not stating that of US too is very risky to the approval of ur application but u can send them webform on that but someone here said she sent webform on this ur same matter but was still denied on that same reason. But u gat try cos ur case may be different.

Hello, I’m new here and wanted to get some insight. I am thinking of wanting to sponsor my younger sister for a 1 year program in Canada (we are looking at Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island). However my sister is 21 and is finishing a diploma program. She does not have a job because she is a full time student. No marriage or properties or business and no substantial money.

What are the chances of approval if all proof of funds are from the sponsor? There will be nothing in my sisters name. I’m planning on doing everything.

Is it helpful if her sponsor is US based?

You can't predict someone submitted before you or after you, IRCC don't follow that

Hi everyone, please I need advice very urgent l applied for Canada visitors visa since 2020 and have been checking up for update still none so early this month in August I noticed that my application is approved since June 20 and the email went to spam and I have missed passport submission deadline which is July 21. I want to submit immediately with explaintion letter but my passport expired in August 1st this month. I have sent an explanation letter and data page expired passport and appointment slip from immigration as a proof that my passport is under renewal back to the email address the VO used to sent my approval on 18 of this month and I have sent web form with the same attached proof that my passport is under renewal.
However my capturing is on 29 of this month hoping to get it in two time and submit also my online application is still open.
At the moment what should I do will the stamp visa in my passport if on 11 of September
Or refusal please I need advice because am confused

Instead of waiting for 2day the 29th to capture and still wait anothe 1 or 2 month to collect ,he should have gone to abuja straight to renew the existing passport,na money e go chop,even some passport office if u can spend u will get a new passport under 5days or a week max,,my brother God will help you o,u need to do a lot of prayers,have never heard it before that Canada send mails and it did not deliver bit went to spams mail
