OP follows this advice. It will help your marriage. I had a similar experience recently when my wife took in against her wishes or expectations. For days the house went cold and she cried without any discussion with her. I had to double my support for her and keep assuring her that it is not a bad thing to take in again since it was our second child on the way.

Well things are getting back to normal, but I have chosen to give her all the necessary support beyond the provision of basic things at home which is my sole responsibility.

Sir, number 1 the money you paid for the CS isn't the sacrifice you made for her only, you made it for the sake of your child, for the sake of the love you have for her, which is why you swear an oath to be with het, so yes you should pay that bill because you need to keep her alive less you will be sad if it goes other way, God forbid, mind you this period you just need to let her be because have seen my twin's wife do CS recently and even me feels pity n started loving my wife d more, cos its not easy, the pains of that CS could make her want to go crazy and its not the way u want her, but u know what, its very easy to control woman's heart, just more love., more sacrifice, more attention no matter how mean you feel she is, just endure the period and pains you as well is going through now, its part of the whole thing they called marriage. if you consider the pain she had to go through during labour, you will see that 300k as nothing, she was between the boundary of life and death embarassed. Marriage is about sacrifices and ignoring some things. Also, spending money in marriage doesn't bring respect, it only shows you are responsible, but respect must be earned. I don't like bringing other people into my marriage but sometimes it is necessary when it is becoming out of control. Just look for some matured people that she respects that you can talk to.

I have 3 kids by His grace and all her CS, and the CS was done in best hospitals on the Lagos island. Do the math. I don't expect my wife to respect me more because I performed my duty.

I won't tell you that I have best home but the ability to manage each other was what actually keeps us going.

I would advise you let her be for now but keep on doing your duty at home. She will change soon and you will be surprised. Women will frustrate you most time but don't let it get to you.

Don’t mind those saying it’s hormone… where were those hormone in the old days when men where in control? Or women just sarted giving birth today? Why didn’t they disrespect men after giving birth in d olden days? My brother women of this era know that as soon as they give birth for you, the power dynamics of the relationship has changed hands because redpill only work before they have your baby… the only solution is MGTOW(Bleep but never have a baby with them) for it is even better to adopt or do surrogacy if u can afford it after all las las na still mama get pikin in d real sense as d kids will grow up to love her much more than you and in many instances they will hate u as d mother will enlarge all your shortcomings to them and there would be no one to tell them of hers even if there is they won’t take hers to heart because of the unbroken love between mother n children

Even girlfriends dey behave like witch because of periods. I once dated someone like that, Na guaranteed fight during those 5 days of the month, but in this case o, she always always apologize after her period.

You need to give her time n space, spend more time from d house.

I don't think her condition makes her behave badly, it has just always been there
