Did you watch the U-18’s game today? I watched the last 20 or 25 mins of the first half intermittently. Musa needs more coaching. The kids’ final 3rd decisions need improvement.

That would destabilise the midfield and open gaps all over the place which is what we are seeing. We need work rate and pace in that midfield instead of the traffic cones we have there presently.

ETH has wasted over 200m on players that are probably not going to work out. Antony, Mount, Case are all looking suspect. Martinez is good as long as he has a solid partner while the early signs from Hojlund are encouraging.

Yeah I watched it. We used a very young team cos most of the best Under-18 players will be facing Bayern in the UEFA youth league in a few days. We started with three 16yr olds and a 15yr old (Kukonki), and we subbed on three 15yr olds (Amer, Thwaites, Bailey) and still won despite playing more than half of the game with a man down.

With regards to Musa, I really don’t think he has it in him to make it here.

If the manager’s structure is defective even those guys will struggle. Also by the time Mainoo. And Amrabat get up to speed the season would have been lost.

IF Amrabat is able to perform as well as many think he can then Amrabat, Mainoo/Mejbri, Bruno would be our best midfield combination but it’s not going to happen. It is clear that we lack legs in midfield and you can’t play counter-pressing/transition football and depend on Eriksen, Case.

But after assnal game when we did analysis and said ETH should have brought in fresher legs to that midfield towards the end of the game, you laughed it off without offering anything. The same Hannibal you swore should not near our team is the one that scored today

With the things I'm seeing on the pitch from these players, I don't want to start drawing up conclusions in regards to these players but it's not looking good.

The ones that are ready to throw the manager under the bus and turn to prime versions of themselves after the sack will all be binned.

I'm only happy ETH is going nowhere. The reactionary fans can lament all they want. They'll all be here to chant ETH ball when everything comes good. But a lot of these players won't be here then.
