Your problem is not the Glazers not releasing money, your problem is you don’t know how to spend. No strategic plan( short and long term) on recruitment. Because the management always want to dance to the tune of the fans. Always trying to copy what everyone is doing.

You are right. We did not understand what we were getting into. Everybody was happy that a successful manager at Ajax was coming to OT. We just started scrutinizing his CV. It’s getting clearer that the guy is not there yet and he’s not even close.
