crownprince2017:The more the dollar appreciate massively the more the need for Recapitalization in the Banking sector, as at this phase this can no longer be avoided. This means there will be more merging and folding up taking place soon. On the other hand, some banks are set to enjoy some massive profits from this recent dollar rise. Though, this depends on the action of the federal government. 1 Like |

Neverlosemoney: The banks don't use black market rate to report their earning. If there will be any appreciation, that might likely have much effect on the black market than the official rate so I don't think banks will be affected that much. |

robobo:Interestingly, Oando will open @ 7.07k on Tuesday, same price the company is proposing to shareholders for delisting. The company is unpredictable and full of drama. Anything can still happen. The only thing sure is that oando cannot go lower than N5. Alternatively, it can still go higher than expected. Never say never when it comes to oando. 2 Likes |

If i talk about newbies learning the ropes and not just seeking for stockpicks, they will say im proud. Experience and research matters alot. If not for greed or gamble, why will you put all your fund into oando that has no financial result to base investing decision on. Lets say he bought 32m naira worth of oando at high of 15naira. With the fall, he will still have like 16m. Just that he hasnt gotten a buyer to sell to. undead: 2 Likes |

undead: Have you heard the phrase “ profit taking” ? There is a world of difference between paper gain and cashed out profit or loss. You have no claim to a profit or loss till you sell. N4mill has gotten nothing till you sell. When you sell, then we can compute your gain or loss. There is also a world of difference between girl friend and wife. Yes, till you marry her. Lesson here is TAKE PROFIT. YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TRADING . But if for dividends then whether the price soars or plunges it’s of no consequence. Not having a clear plan is simply gambling. 1 Like 2 Shares |

jideflash: If I make 32m from Gambling why will I not use the 32m to gamble again? Those saying he should have bought dividend paying stocks, did he make 32m by buying dividend paying stocks? Someone that bought JaPaul GOLD should be ready to LOSE all his money. Anyway, 32m school fees is not too much to pay for education. I am sure he will make another 32m soon! 2 Likes |

Even wale tinubu na monkey hunter. Just to be clear, dont take any advice without having your paperwork to back it up. Na why we say, apply due diligence. Scammers abide in every money making opportunity, even some stockbrokers cant be trusted. I pray we all get our school fees returned back to our portfolio in 10folds at minumum. Oando might still rise to 20naira next week, we never know. Justcul: 2 Likes |

crownprince2017: What have you learnt about PRESCO? You know that PRESCO borrowed money and spent N25bn to acquire a non profitable farm owned by their majority shareholder? Are you aware that after pocketing N25bn same SIAT is now trying to divest from PRESCO? There are FACTS behind the figures so don't get carried away with figures without understanding the facts behind it. Not a BUY or SELL recomemndation please. 15 Likes 1 Share |

yMcy56:I use BUA foods price as a pointer to what dangote foods can potentially return. Even if its listed at N100, it's target will be to surpass BUA foods. I sat still in lafarge for 3 years. What is 3 months that I cannot wait. Let SEC take all the time they need. 1 Like |
