Most of these arguments prove the point. Documents that must be original come with unique security features. They are designed so you cannot easily copy or forge them. The average document can be scanned into Adobe, ocred and adjusted. But a drivers license has a set of whorls that makes this hard to impossible

If security or integrity of hard copy diplomas was high on any schools agenda the documents would be hard to replicate or adjust by design
