If only NSE would remove the limits on units for daily price movement, this exchange will grow. |

The stock I was referring to yesterday is MULTIVERSE.I will not talk about this stock again for now after this write up.It is not a stock for traders but for value investors and dividend lovers. The stock has repositioned to add value to shareholders. It is a stock worth keeping in a portfolio for 8 years of Tinubu administration because they are changing the narratives of solid minerals.Multiverse, after reconstructions, started this year with an interim dividend of 5kobo.This is also a good move. The top and bottom lines of Multiverse will continue to improve and Eps will continue to rise.Below are some of the things I found attractive in the stock this year which will extend to next year and beyond.I will not say precisely where the price of the stock will reach but the Journey will be like that of vita foam, Nahco and Transhotel that delivers above 100% and above. The forecast is going to base on the Numbers going forward 8 Likes 2 Shares

I am gathering some facts about Oando PLC. Can you help me correct any errors? Fact 1: Oando PLC was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 31, 2002, at an initial public offering (IPO) price of N10.50 per share. Fact 2: The company's stock price has since fluctuated significantly, reaching a high of N168.50 per share in 2007. Fact 3: Ocean and Oil Development Partners Limited (OODP), a core shareholder of Oando PLC, is seeking to delist Oando from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). OODP has made an offer to acquire the shares of all minority shareholders of Oando at a price of N7.07 per share. The offer is subject to approval by the shareholders of Oando and the sanction of the Federal High Court. Fact 4: In 2002, Ocean and Oil led Unipetrol's bid for 60% of Agip Nigeria Plc. The merged company was rebranded as Oando Plc in 2003, the second largest downstream petroleum marketing company in Nigeria. In 2007, Ocean and Oil Holdings swapped its shares in Oando Energy Services Limited, Oando Production Development Company Limited, Oando Supply and Trading and Oando Trading to Oando Plc shares. This brought Ocean & Oil Holdings' total stake in Oando plc to 35%. Fact 5: Ocean and Oil Development Partners Limited (OODP) owns 57.37% of Oando PLC's shares. This makes OODP the largest shareholder of Oando PLC. Fact 6: Wale Tinubu, the CEO of Oando PLC, is a major shareholder in OODP. He reportedly owns a 66.7% stake in the company. 3 Likes |

PETERiCHY: If I manage to get 5m units of multiverse,I will keep it for long term because I know where the price will get to because of the size of OS. I have enough money to trade other stocks for Jijo. This time I have got a dividend stock to hold. I will be adding more of it at any pullback until I get my target units. How will I appease the gods when I am loaded on cash than you which is my returns from Japaul? 3 Likes |

ositadima1: For me, 2.90 to 3.50 is my target entry price. But the Os will not allow me to get enough units at these prices. More news on the stock will decide if I should adjust entry upwards or remain at 2.90 to 3.50. 2 Likes |

BullBearMkt: Congratulations, @BullBearMkt! I observe activity between 9.45 and 12.00 based on my 2020 data, a decline below 12.00 is still possible due to supply availability, preventing a likely significant upward movement. However, strong fundamentals could support further gains. My target was a 20% increase, and it surpassed 100%, which is very good. 1 Like |
