You need to proove lots of things.

1. Connection to your late dad i.e your birth certificate naming your dad.
2. Any official ID card naming like his passport
3. If there is a will naming how property is to be shared with your name, that will go a long way.
4. Legit property sales documents prepared buy a good lawyer- lots of people shy away from this.
5. You must show legal agreement between your
family with your share of the proceed clearly indicated and traceable to the bank account.
6. Company Registration documents bearing your name.
8. Bank certificate in your business name with stamps.
9. Business tax documents
10. A copy of notarizeed accountants letter.

A strong support letter addressing all the case officer's objections in the GCMS, you are going to attach a copy of the GCMS note to the new application and point by point, mention each refusal ground and provide additional evidence and explanations to counter the case officer's objections.

Unfortunately i have two issues
One - I dnt have a business account and my savings account can’t be converted. Should I open a new one in the same bank I use.
Two - What do you mean by notarized accountant letter? How do I get it?

1.You can open a new business account which name must match with registration documents for your business and do transactions from that account.

2. If you go to a firm of Chartered Accountants, they can provide an accountant letter, I will post a sample I used earlier in the year. It introduces your business, assets, liabilities, revenues and tax registration details.

My mum was given a 5 year ban for allegedly "submitting a fraudulent UK visa" as stated in the Procedural fairness letter. Her UK Visa is not fake, she has been to the UK multiple times with it, She has just a week ago received another 2 Year UK visa and has already travelled to the UK again. Yet IRCC is saying the visa is fake.

What’s your take on an entrepreneur who has a registered business with good running account but doesn’t use her business account for transactions?

Can she still use the savings account to apply or try running the business account for some time?

Opening a business account and running the funds through that account is advisable.

Over here, some one-man businesses never open a business account and use regular savings or checkings accounts for the business.

In as much as the account bears the name mentioned in the business registration documents. The case officer will be fine with that.

If your business registration is registered as a corporation, then opening a business account would be very ideal.

Savings accounts can also work . In addition , you will attach evidence of income from the business like invoices whose amount can be directly traced to savings accounts, contract documents, business registration and income taxes documents for the business.

My applications in the past, i have always submitted personal accounts together with the business account.

She has a business account but doesn’t run it frequently at all. Cos the bank is so useless that it has disappointed her in several cases. So she uses ther savings.
