Carry on. Jesus did not leave a church on earth, The church is a creation of man not Jesus. The Bible is created as a means of control. There are many versions of the Bible depending on the intent on the leaders. When Constantine wanted to control his people he created the Bible included what he wanted and excluded what he didn’t like. The Anglican Church is basically a Roman Catholic Church that excised itself from the Catholic Church because the king (man) wanted to divorce. I can go on and on about how the church and Christianity has been manipulated as a means of control . Jesus is the son of God but he is not God. Christians carry on as if Jesus is God in the same way as they carry on as if their pastors are Jesus or God. Honnesstly speaking no amount of spirituality or self control will make "some" men stay with only one wife, in that case people with this kind of issues should be allowed to marry more than one wife or else they will end up marrying one wife with plenty concubines outside.
