The accuser is suing Mr Foxx for damages, alleging "sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery".

Accuse any rich man that you have ever had contact with of assaulting you. It is either he is liable and you get paid loads of money or he is not and you don’t get paid loads of cash. Most likely your deal with your lawyers is that they get paid if you get paid.
