Did you recently travel to the UK, US, Australia, Japan or Schengen. I heard the Background check of people who have traveled to this country helps to reduce the time and complexity of their Background check which takes 80% of the timeline.

You can only ignore your PoF reference if the account to be used for your hubby is entirely different from the bank account you used.

Don't be too smart to fall for their trap. Just your UCI or Application number they can reference all your documents submitted.

Instead of applying for SOWP for my brother he applied for visiting visa
And their 3years old daughter also (visiting visa)

I was angry why someone who applied a week before I did for SOWP and has gotten PPR like three weeks ago and mine still processing until I discovered in his case, the wife had three

Hence, he got two months for his response for SOWP because IRCC considered the stress of their 3 kids on spouse who is the main applicant and the international student.


So I just discovered all our timelimes can not be the same in application so be patient and wait for your time.

Then I believe you can use your visitor visa to travel to Canada and flagpole to change your vv to SOWP

You can apply at the same time. Just show enough proofs of marriage (certificate, photos), adequate funds and home ties.

The Client information is under optional documents. There is no proof of relationship on mine also.

I just got my GCMS notes and attached is the reason for the rejection. I am surprised it mentions limited funds since I presented 51,000 CAD as POF for a family of 5.

I am looking for someone to help me write SOP for my reapplication.

Aside the pool of fund used as PoF, do you earn income as salary or from business that comes every month or bimonthly or some kind of consistency?

I always tell people this when I am assisting them to apply. Your source of constant earning is also important.

Ah, when I'm about submitting with 12000 cad.

I've read in the previous threads that 4000cad is required, then adding miscellaneous, then 6000cad is ok.

Now I'm scared, with these recent rejections on the grounds of finance.

The personal naira account of spouse N20m plus
The business account N5m

She works in the family biz as a doctor. The husband regularly sends money to her and there was no lump sum except funds from her husband.
