Everytime Governors come to meeting, ECA has been reducing instead of being added to in light of high oil price. So they asked for state share before GEJ finish it all. Remember that every dollar Nigeria earns is 50% FG, 50% state. So any savings is the same. So why will they all be saving money and GEJ is spending it like a drunkard?

And even on top of that, FG cannot lose any court case it means to win, and the case was never settled. And should the States share their 50%, where is FG 50%?

This is a major lamba sold by GEJ. ECA was first shared on 1st Jan 2010 where GEJ called them to midnight meeting while normal Nigerians were celebrating New Year's to share ECA with them. It was his bribe to the Governors to support his candidacy as a minority President. He bought the 2011 election with ECA
