When all the lecturers/consultants who will teach and produce the doctors are also leaving the country, many departments in health sciences faculties cannot boast of up to 4 lecturers in the department, who will produce the doctors? always thinking at spinal level with no tangible solutions.

Undergraduate medical students are already preparing for foreign exams in their final year. Once they are done with internship, they are off. Some don't even do NYSC again before moving.

Nigeria indeed is lacking medical personnel and the fear of the brain drain JAPA is the beginning of sound brain functioning now.
