I really wish yoi didn't reply.

Let him litter here with excerpts, still shooting himself on the foot.

I was surprised we had 120 delegates in 2022, and if we go by the same template that all are not sponsored, then the FG paid for less than 120 in 2022.

Senior man, you for no reply, walahi.

As in….. na who get plenty time go still continue to dey engage at this point .

E just be like make person dey try fill a basket with water .

Make government dey waste money dey go, make political office holders dey cap “ Tinubu inherited a broke country “ , and make the government defenders dey park Mourinho kinda bus for here dey defend dey go.

Yesterday, we claimed the FG spent 880 million to sponsor 590 people.

You claimed they went on their own, and could be representatives of unions, primary schools, WhatsApp groups, etc

Today, the FG has come to say they spent your resources to carry and take care of 422 people for 2 weeks in Dubai.

You still run come here to share the thread.

Did he forget what the point was yesterday?

Have I been lucky or banks have really improved?

Transfer of 30 and 20k(from Zenith) plus another N3,200(From First bank) . Was debited but none of the recipients got it.

All three transactions got reversed back to me without stepping into any bank to lay a complaint.

Impressive.

Been thinking of how to create time to visit the bank only to see credit alert.

We can use our time for productive things rather than queueing up in the banks only to be told to check back in 7 days as if it's water you'll use to come back in 7 days.

And when you try to advice them, they ask you if it's your money and why you're having panadol over their headache.

They all think they are smart and will quickly cashout before it crashes cheesy

The last failed transfer I had with Zenith, took more than a month before they reversed it. The money was neither in Zenith nor in the recipients bank.

It wasn't funny.

Sad News from COP28

American oil firm, Baker Hughes, has expressed interest in investing in refineries in the country, as the federal government intensifies effort to end petroleum products importation.

Speaking during a meeting with the Minister for State Petroleum Resources (Oil), Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri, on the sidelines of the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), Mr. Lorenzo Simonelli, Chairman, President/CEO of Baker Hughes, expressed keen interest in sustaining and enhancing their investment in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, including the readiness to invest in refineries.

“Nigeria is a blessed nation with vast potentials and great opportunities in diverse sectors. As a partner with the federal government over the years, we are inspired to direct investment in the refinery domain of the oil and gas. Therefore, whatever we can do to support to get started, I am willing to do that, even now”- Simonelli (Chairman, President/CEO of Baker Hughes).

Baker Hughes is an international industrial service company and one of the world's largest oil field services companies. The company provides the oil and gas industry with products and services for oil drilling, formation evaluation, completion, production and reservoir consulting.

Do you have any history on People's Club of Nigeria?

I don dey hear different theories as a kid.

From the little I know, their history dates back post Biafra war after Igbos lost a lot of their businesses to the war. A group of influential Igbo sons came together and formed the club with the aim of pulling financial resources to assist each other get back on their feet and they have not looked back since then.

They used to be a closed group with stringent membership requirements but I think they have relaxed a lot of those and are more open, including to younger Igbo sons. Most of the theories were popular because they were closed in the past and those tales were mostly exaggerated or false.

As far as I know, it is a legit Igbo socio-cultural group with influential personalities from all works of life. I have uncles/aunts who are active members including here in the States and their gatherings are usually LOUD! I will tell you, they have influential Igbo sons on their roster and do a lot back home.
