Okay, I did the whole process with a friend. He already travelled, so we did it together. He was in charge of the application and submission but I made the payments for the visa, Ihs, and to tls. I got all the mail confirmations.

Did the Biometrics on the 12th
TLS sent me this mail yesterday morning: "Your travel document (and supporting documents, if applicable) are now ready for collection at the TLScontact Visa Application Centre, Lagos, Ikeja. Please carefully read the below instructions to retrieve your documents."

Everybody I showed told me that it means that my visa has been approved and I even asked questions about it on here yesterday.

this morning, I got a BRP decision letter from UKVI via my mail that my UK VISA application has been successful, the letter was even dated the 13th of December, the second day after my biometrics.

It's really super fast, I didn't pay for any priority or premium. I've already spent over 1200 pounds on IHS so I no really too get spare to change and I was willing to wait till next year since I have a whole lot of things left to do.

I still dey stare at the letter since but I dey go pick my passport on Monday sha

Oh okay. Congratulations

Okay. You can definitely use it. Was in the Bahamas again in October for 40th birthday and nah US Visa I use enter but it's good to always double check. I like your style. As for Mexico, that's a big shame meehn. Chai!! Thank God for US Visa, I swear. Just praying I get this second UK visa. Make I cool myself.

Opeyemi007:
Oh ok. I got a five years US too, I’ll use it. Emailed tourism@bahamas.com yesterday to confirm I could use it. Thanks for letting me know. Mexico has stopped entry by UK visa btw. My friend couldn’t use hers this year, and had to get the visa at embassy here in Lagos.

Good afternoon all. Please can someone extend their Tier 2 visa four months to the expiration of the current visa? For example if your visa will expire in April can you apply for its extension in December with same employer? Thank you

Hi please I’m applying for a 6month visa to go to the uk for tourism this January
I wanted to know if it would make sense to notify them of my U.S. immigrant petition, my mother is a U.S. citizen and filed for me in 2019, and it was approved in 2020

Your question: Do I need a transit visa as an EU resident travelling through the UK?

Answer: No, your EU residence status will allow you transit without issues even with an NGA passport.

Firstly, if you want instant answers, get an immigration lawyer.

No one owes you a response on this crowd-sourced forum. Either you wait till folks with knowledge are online or you pay experts for this.

Let's always be mindful and respectful.

Arry110:

Is there a question that requires this on the form? I don't recall seeing any such thing.

You will be asked about refusals from other countries, but there's no provision to respond to a pending immigrant application.

Now, if you were thinking of including this to demonstrate ties, you might need to provide all documents including a stamped version from the USG stating your approval. But, I understand that you should have an immigrant visa as the evidence of a final approval (if you haven't gotten a greencard yet), so if you are still at the stage pending your interview, I'm unsure how helpful that will be.

All my guys applied for renewal back in September and got their visas within a week. What’s average processing time now for first timers and renewers?
