He is the only manger dealing with injuries and schedules. 0 rotation but somehow you expect Nelson/ ESR to come and do magic when you never use them even against bad teams. Martinelli/ Saka/ Odegaard will play rubbish but since they are assured they manager never rotates, they have no incentive to do better.
